We are delighted that you rely on The Center for Generational Studies for insights and tools in managing the generational diversity within your workplace. We trust you will find that all of your purchases fit your needs. We do recognize, however, that there may be an occasion when you need to return something you have purchased because it does not meet your needs or may be damaged in some way. In these rare cases, we ask that you comply with the following:
If you deem an item unsatisfactory for your use, please contact us directly at 1-800-227-5510. We will be happy to replace the item with another one of your choosing or refund your money. We do ask that you return the unsatisfactory item to us in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. We also recommend that you send your returned items via an insured carrier since we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive an item that was erroneously shipped to you, please call us immediately and we will ship the correct item along with paying for the return of the incorrect item.
If you receive an item that damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item along with paying for the return of the damaged item. We do ask that you check items you purchase within two weeks of receiving them for any defects.

The materials you purchase from us are the result of thousands of hours of research, writing, presenting and, of course, critique.
While we welcome your use of these resources, please remember that they are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws which prohibit the unauthorized copying and/or distribution of these materials to those not licensed to receive them. Thank you for respecting these limitations.
