Privacy and your information - Our shoppers can choose to shop anonymously or can login to our member area and store your address for easier shopping. If you are not signed into your account when shopping, you will be required to enter your address on products that need to be shipped. This information is not stored in your member area at this time.
All first visits to our store will require you enter in your shipping information at checkout. This is to ensure that we have the correct address on file. If you never fill in your address in your member area, you will always be asked to place it here so we can ship your items. If you would like the convenience of us storing that data for future use, please go to your member area and click the Edit Settings link to fill in your address. The next time you purchase from our store, your address will be on file.
Downloadable orders will not require your address, but will still need your email to send your receipt and download instructions.
Please note, we do not save your credit card information on our servers. All transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. You can click on a lock icon at the bottom of our pages or use your browser's option to verify our GoDaddy.com verified Web Server Certificate.

Order Confirmation - Upon completing an order, you will be emailed a purchase order and a receipt. The purchase order is from our store system and confirms we have your order. The receipt is automatically generated from our authorize.net merchant account and confirms that your credit card has been received by the system.
Downloadable Products - If you ordered downloadable products, you will be directed to your download page immediately upon ordering. For your convenience, you may download your product up to three times. You will also be emailed your download once your order has had time to be processed. This can take anywhere from 1 minute to a couple of hours depending on the time of day.
If you are a member of our site, you can also access your download by clicking on the Orders tab in your member area where you will find a listing of your most recent orders.
If you experience any trouble downloading or receiving your download email, please check your spam box first and then contact us if further assistance is needed.
Supplements - Some products in our store come with supplements. Your supplements will be emailed to you within a couple of hours of order confirmation. If you do not receive your supplements, please check your spam box and feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
Tangible products - Your order will be shipped out of our office within 2 business days. You can expect an average of 4-10 days from then to receive your order. You can check your order history in your member area at any time. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance.
